This was my 19th cruise, have cruised on 5 cruise lines, this was my third on Princess. Princess ranked first out of five cruise lines until this cruise. To make a long story short, we were served coffee twice in cups with fresh lipstick on the rim, received no assistance in the store trying to purchase jewelry as the employee literally stood behind the counter and watched everyone shopping (all 3 days I went into the store), had to clear our own table and find our own silverware numerous times in the Horizon although I did give them at least 10 minutes sitting at the table before I did anything as I knew they were busy (I did approach management in the Horizon as he was standing in the middle of the aisle so he did get the necessary staff to come and clean at one point), tours and disembarkation for tours were very unorganized and running late so we were always hurried throughout the tours more than usual, Horizon staff picked up my half emptypina colada one day when I turned my head but still sitting at the table - when I questioned the staff, I was told, "I will get you another drink, please let me have your card" - so, I have to pay for ANOTHER drink because the staff is over anxious to pick up the food and drink in front of me (although not anxious other days as I was clearing my own table a few days). On a bright note, the cabin steward went above and beyond and was the shining light for Princess Cruise for that week......best cabin steward I ever had. I have never filed a complaint with a cruise line because I know that these people are working really hard, as were the employees on the Regal. It actually appeared to be a management issue. I contacted them and was offered a $200 onboard credit for my next cruise. We are currently looking at a 10, perhaps a 15 day Panama Canal Cruise. It won't be on Princess. With the money I spent on the last one, $200 is an insult. It isn't about the money and I guess I am just truly disappointed in Princess - $200 won't do anything to make me happy. Happy cruising! Hope to see you on another ship, another sail date, another cruise line! :-)

Cabin Review

Cabin steward went above and beyond..............on 19 cruises, he ranks #1! Best thing Princess has going for them on this ship!

Great tour guide! Wonderful!

Boston

It was average......nothing spectacular but received what was expected.

Halifax

We were hurried because of the unorganization of Princess. Disappointed although the tour director was great!
