This was our second Norwegian cruise, our first being our honeymoon 20 years ago. We have cruised on several lines over those years, so decided to go back to Norwegian to celebrate our anniversary. What a Mistake.

The service was the worst we have ever experienced. We really love cruises, but if this had been our first I don't think we would have gone again. The food was soooo bad. It was also insulting that on top of having a poor selection in the main dining rooms, they wanted you to pay extras to have a decent steak or surf and turf. There were several evenings my husband and I struggled to find anything appealing offered on the menu. When the food did finally come(so slow and most time we were never offered a drink with dinner) the food was cold. I finally started sending it back, but then dinner would take hours.

One morning at breakfast, my husband ordered an omelet, and the waitress said we would need to wait 20 minutes for the omelet. She then decided to bring my food before his was ready.
