The Norwalk Virus was alive and spreading, even unto warning signs in bathrooms to wash extra clean. Some got cabin fever throwing up for days, others upon returning home. Worst was a 60yo gal with December perfect labs having her liver fail after 2.5 weeks of Norwalk after departure. (The very next year, news carried Princess had a class action Norwalk suit against them, others having organ complications - which Princess stonewalled.) Norwalk clings to dishes & textiles like glue and even super heated water/bleach doesn't kill it all.
Dancing was margin due to ship rocking fore & esp. aft, where someone intelligently placed the largest dance floor. Best dance music was found in the tightest dance floor bars = uncomfortable unless you only rock and shuffle in a bear hug.
When fogged in returning to port, NO mention of staying in room w/room service, complementary this/that, save a couple of run & get it for exact cash only special drinks @ pool bar. By this time a whole day of people trashing and further polluting the Norwalk public bathrooms.
Oceanview D cabin has some headknockers if converted to King/Queen bed for togetherness, otherwise similar to the cheaper college dorm rooms w/private baths
