Embarkation and Disembarkation process was very smooth. We arrived at Seattle pier 91 at around 12pm and able to get into our room within 45 mins. Luggage arrived within an hour. Our group were scheduled to leave our room at 9:30am and by 9:50am, we were already got all the way out to get into our ride. Very efficient.

Spa: We purchased the unlimited thermal suite and hydro pool pass and we loved it. Instead of getting frozen to hit the 'public' spa tub, we were enjoying the relaxing warm big hydro pool, steam room, and the tile heated chair which melt the tiredness and sore muscle away. At the near end of the cruise, they did fantastic deals like 4 treatments (facial / massage ...) for $99.

Lecture / presentation talks: I also enjoyed the various nature / wildlife presentations to learn about Alaska.

Deluxe Ocean-View Verandah Stateroom

Cabin VA

Balcony! And bathroom with tub, it is indeed bigger than that in Princess. Our room showed a little tear and wear, we saw a minor crack at the side of the tub but not too bad. My advise is especially if you go to Glacier Bay National Park @ Alaska or go to watch glacier, spend a little more $$ and get the balcony. I took plenty of great pictures just outside our balcony without needed to squeeze into the huge crowd at the open space. Also, we saw plenty of whales / dolphins, sea lions, great sunsets... while we holding our drinks and wearing our pjs at our balcony during the sailing. If you have motion sickness, be advised don't do lower or top cabins, our cabin located in midship at 5th floor which in my opinion, was great because I didn't throw up at all. I've heard stories from other people @ the restaurant talking about how badly their friends throw up, and they stayed at lower or top floors. This room is also above the orange lifeboat which did not show on the deck plan. Not a huge problem to me, but sometimes we see bright orange reflections on the balcony ceiling.

Port Reviews

Glacier Bay

So pretty!! Super clean water (can see the bottom of the bay) and stunning glacier. This port is my favorite among all the ports.
