This is was our 5th cruise, but first one with ncl- our other cruises were with rccl and Disney.

The embarkation was not a smooth process- minimal staff and numerous IT issues meant large lines to get your room keys. Disembarkation was more lines and chaos once you were off the ship- we had no idea that we were supposed to meet the car we hired across the street, and not at the pier ( never cruised from NYC before). With people disembarking and others arriving to start their cruise, mixed in with delivery vehicles and buses it was a little crazy.

Once on the ship, I found staff to be friendly and helpful. Our cabin was nice- we enjoyed the balcony, even though it was quite small.
