I chose this cruise because of the cost. Inside cabin was ok. No coffee table any more so I had the cabin steward move on the bedside tables in front of the loveseat. Food was for the most part so-so. Only a few dishes to rave about(lamb was excellent and Drunken Kalhua cake fantastic). Royal promenade interesting, and nice having Cafe Promenade to have a bite to eat whenever I wanted to. Parades-so so. Disco party and Brit party on the promenade were a lot of fun. Some of the entertainment staff really good-especially Kacy,Big Mac and Zarek. Lots of trivia. Bands ok,but not great. Weather was mostly cool. Overall,an ok cruise but I probably would not go on another pacific coastal cruise again. Some hot tubs were really hot, especially in the solarium. Wish RCCL would trust passengers with returning pool/hot tub towels as other cruise lines do. I thought alcohol drinks were extremely expensive. I only had the wine that I brought in my cabin.

Cabin L

Cabin ok. No coffee table. Bathroom really small. Bed really hard, but tolerable because I asked for a mattress topper. Cabin steward ok except for one night he forgot to leave a daily compass for me.

Port Reviews

San Francisco

Great port. Lots of things to see I do. I visited the ship San Diego (Fleet Week in San Francisco) and toured the museum the Explorium.

Victoria

We docked later. I did walk to the castle which was very interesting.
