We chose this cruise as we have been with RC 8 times and have always been really happy with the food and service. Looks like this time our luck ran out!!!! - everything that has been said so far in these reviews i.e. food, service, over priced drinks - no staff- ship not clean etc I can only agree with. Sooo disapointed in the dreadful, bland food that we were served - both in the restaurant and the Windjammer. I never ONCE went in a restroom where the bins werent overflowing with brown paper towels - I never once saw anyone cleaning in any toilet whereas at one time there was someone cleaning all the time. On Day on when we were in the Solarium I noticed a lump of hair on the windowsill - this was still there on day 9!!!! - the service in the bars was awful!! - an average wait of 15 mins before anyone came to us for a drink - in the Centrum Bar on 4 occassions I had to go to the bar to get the drink myself - and RC have the nerve to charge 18% service charge per drink!!! - in the Centrum Bar tables were not cleared and cleaned.

Such a shame that it has come to this - but we will never go with RC again - it is obvious that they have cut staff to such an extent that the ship is now working properly.
