I have never gone on a cruise, but I honestly would give the aria a 1 star. Firstly, we had a safety session as soon as we got on the boat, we were standing and it was crowded, also witnessed a staff member yelling at another staff member. Had an issue with loosing my wallet at that markets that are right outside of the boat. I notified the security of the markets they said they would keep an eye out, told the security of the aria, said they would keep an eye out to. Only to find later in the day I go to check to see if they have heard anything and I am directed to the "head" of security, who has apparently heard nothing about it. After telling him what happened he then took my to the "Manager" of the markets, who ALSO had no idea about it, then they both started blaming me saying I should have said something earlier to them, which sorry but shouldn't their employees be reporting to them. When talking to the head of security about the issue, I found he was very rude and condescending, luckily a lovely couple from the cruise handed it in to reception. When dining at the restaurants found a lot of the waiters were quite rude, rolled their eyes when asking a question, also witnessed many of them being yelled at by their managers, was quite uncomfortable and unprofessional on the managers behalf for doing it in front of everyone. There was a disgusting smell of vomit or bleach near our rooms that we had to walk past every day, and had many issues with toilets flooding the rooms. Disappointed my first cruise was terrible, definitely wont sail with the aria again.
