This was our 3rd time on the Getaway. Embarkation was good until we got up to the 2nd level and got a number for boarding the room was very warm. Once on board we went to the Garden Cafe the food was alright. They made the Flamingo Grill Magaritaville just what the ship needed another hamburger bar very disappointing. We noticed the service onboard was not as good as previous trips. We went to Savor restaurant twice both time it took over an hour to get our meal and it was cold when it arrived. We were not the only past cruisers aboard Getaway that noticed service had declined. The speciality restaurants are still very good and service there was great. The Sugarcane Mojito bar and Sunset bar were great. The ship is very clean and well maintained. Overall we had a good trip. Just hope Norwegian can bring the service up to what it use to be.

We stayed in a mini suite. Our cabin steward was excellent. We appreciate the extra room in the bathroom and the walk in shower.
