My husband had never cruised before so I wanted a shorter cruise. We live close to Port Canaveral, so it was convenient for travel. We had a balcony cabin on the Lido deck. It was a great location. We never heard noise from the pool. We could walk straight out to the pools, bars and Lido buffet. The room was dated, but clean.

We did not take our kids. We hung out in the Serenity area, which was really nice and much bigger than the one on the Carnival Sensation.

We got the drink package, which worked out great. The bartenders were really polite and helpful. Our favorite bar was in the casino, and Allejandro was our favorite server. Read more
