My family owns a travel agency and I've been travelling all my life. This was hands down THE worst vacation experience we have ever had.

The cabins:

We travelled as a group of 9 in 4 cabins. At least 3 of those cabins had big clumps of hair in the blankets, towels, and showers. Disgusting. Our crib wasn't there when we arrived and my father-in-law's bag was held for inspection but he was never told that until he inquired after it so he could dress for dinner. Though the room guide said there should be pool towels in our room, there were not. They could only be acquired on deck. Read more
