Great holiday aboard the Epic. Food was fabulous. So much to choose from and to suit every taste. Restaurants all very good but trying to get a table for 2 at breakfast in Garden restaurant was a bit of a battle! Entertainment was great too. Prescilla queen of the desert was very professional and a great laugh. The dueling pianos were so talented and a great atmosphere. Also the pianist in Shakers was great. Couldn't get a seat in the Cavern to see tribute to beatles as it was always too busy. All staff very friendly and helpful and cabins spotless.
We wouldn't go on such a large ship again as it docked too far from the coast. There was no port you could just walk in to. The port for Rome was 2 kilometers from land and courtesy shuttle didn't turn up to take us back to ship and we had to walk without any water. We waited 2 hours! From ship to Marseilles it was 15 dollars per person in shuttle.
I would recommend you go all inclusive with drinks package as drinks are very very expensive and 18% tax is added to the shown price.
Like the cabin. Spotless and big shower with hot water at all times
Very busy port and traffic is unbelievable.
Liked this town and had gorgeous capocino coffee. Return shuttle did not turn up and had 2 kilometers to walk back to ship. Not good
10 euros for shuttle to the town. We just had a wander and found a good market selling fruit veg flowers and clothes.
Loved Cannes. After getting off tender there is a little train to take you on tour for an hour for only 10 euros. Lovely clean place with lots of expensive designer shops.
