We have taken this cruise previously, 3 years ago, hence the return trip. We have sailed on Celebrity 6 times in all, each one different.

The Reflection is a fantastic ship. Yes there are changes and the inevitable cutbacks, but this did not spoil it for us at all. We were missing the flowers in the room and had only one attendance (although they now have less rooms each). Arnel our attendant was absolutely fabulous and went out of his way to please, asking every day if everything was okay for us. We asked about the fizz in the room (more because it wasn't there) and we were told it would be delivered whenever we wanted, we only had to ask. We had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, but no buds or cotton balls (this has been the case for a while now I believe). The toiletries have changed to Gilchrist and Soames (we were in a C1).

We found the staff to be absolutely delightful, really friendly and chatty, if they had the time. Read more
