The ship is great and the food was awesome. There are no formal nights, no casino, and no photographers constantly bothering the passengers. There is one free shore excursion in every port. There is no up charge for the 2 specialty restaurants. Free wine & beer at lunch, dinner, and in your cabin. It is a great concept!

The entertainment was very good, especially some of the guest performers. The enrichment lectures were excellent, especially if you are interested in the Vikings and how they explored the lands being visited on this cruise.

Most of the ports of call were very interesting, especially Bergen, Reykjavik, Saguenay, and Quebec City.

Cabin Review

Cabin Junior Veranda Suite

The cabin was roomy, comfortable, and well appointed. The flat screen television provided excellent image quality. The shower is great.
