This was our fourth time on Jade so we knew what to expect. Embarkation was easy as usual, and our luggage was delivered promptly. Our cabin on deck 10 was clean and comfortable and our steward kept it very well. We have been on deck 11 before but we now feel deck 10 is better, much quieter. The shows were not as good as previous trips in our opinion, but as usual the piano player at Magnums was excellent. Some of the public areas are beginning to look tired so the refit is well timed. Food was very good and service was excellent in the main dining rooms and most of the bars. The pool deck was as usual best avoided unless you like crowds and VERY loud music. The pool bar staff were appalling some were really quite rude but I expect they were just overworked. We don't use the pool at all as it is so overcrowded and noisy. As we had visited all the ports before we did our own thing, we did however take the trip to Delos from Mykonos it was very good but we were not impressed by the guide, she didn't want to answer questions at all and appeared to be working from a script. We felt we should have just done our own thing with the guide book. All in we enjoyed the trip and will probably use NCL again.

Disembarkation was rather frantic, we carried our own cases off as we had an early pick up at the port. The staff on the ship didn't make it easy for those whose luggage was not tagged. Little information was given to those who hadn't cruised with NCL before about disembarkation.
