Love the small ship and many of the staff knew our name after the first few days. After the first day, when we went to pick up our shore pass cards, from the front desk, (we can't remember her name) would always greet us with, "Hello Mr & Mrs Wxxxxx from stateroom 209". That is a great way to start each day. We were not just a number with someone asking for our number.
This was on our 40th Anniversary and Viking treated well with several people signing to us at Dinner, and flowers and towel swans in our stateroom. The Head Chef came and visited with us that night and later in the cruise also.
We have cruised on 9 cruises and 4 different cruise lines before this cruise and find Viking the BEST.
Cabin Review
Veranda Stateroom
Heated bathroom floor is great along with the night light under the sink cabinet. Self closing sliding doors and drawers in the cabin are also nice, with no slamming sound of doors. We had plenty of space for all our clothes and other belongings. Not always the case on other ships.
