ONBOARD EXPERIENCE & SERVICE

We sailed with Cunard on 23rd of July 2016 from Athens. Our sailing points were Athens - Santorini - Katakolon - Kotor - Venice. To begin the journey with Cunard was unpleasant to begin with as we lost our luggage at Athens airport. We embarked on Cunard with whatever we had with us and Cunard crew was being sympathetic with our issue. They told us to let them deal with our luggage, so we can enjoy the cruise experience.

At first, we were relieved. But as day went by, we can feel something was odd. For every embarkation point, seems there wasn't any news and when we followed up with them, it was seems like an excuse after another. One of the excuses given was the baggage handlers in Venice were on strike, therefore they can't get our bags delivered to the ship.

Deluxe Inside

Cabin GA

Cabin was spacious. Well laid out and good condition. Recommend the step up from standard inside as being worthwhile.
