This a second cruise we took with Scenic, we picked them initially because everything was included up front. We chose them the second time because they are a 10 star in our opinion and can't do enough for you. Truly a step above everyone else. Embarkation and disembarkation goes fast and smoothly. Cabin very comfortable and quiet. Service is extraordinary. Many options at meals, if there is nothing you like on the menu , just ask and they will accommodate your request. Many options with shore excursions, all included, unlike the other lines. Always entertainment on board. You can do as little or as much as you want on this cruise. Ship spotless, comfortable outdoor seating areas, yes the bar servers make frequent rounds here and also the lounges inside. This cruise only had adults which is great. Definitely would go with Scenic again. The only negative I have to say is if you have a question and call the representatives in Canada, they will not talk to you because you went through a travel agency, even though you are paying the bill, they will only speak with the travel agent. This has nothing to do with the cruise or Scenic itself but with the Vancouver office.
