Cabin: Royal Loft Suite with Balcony

Convenient departure location (Cape Liberty). It was our 10th anniversary, so we wanted to do something special. Booked the best room (royal loft balcony suite). Genie service was a bit disappointing, food was also slightly disappointing. Highlights were Wonderland and the show We Will Rock You. The ship was mostly clean. The soda machines were hard to find, and when you did, some selections were out. Sometimes the soda was flat. The snack venues had very short hours. Tough to get something to eat at odd hours. The royal esplanade was turned into a sidewalk sale. Coastal Kitchen's menu was boring and seemed the same every day. Sandwiches in Cafe270 were a joke. My "reuben" had one (yes, one) slice of corned beef on it! Pool deck and solarium were beautiful. Reservations are needed for almost everything. Bionic bar was not working many times. Drink service in resturants and shows was lacking. Staying in the suite made the trip satisfactory.

Cabin RL

Absolutely beautiful. Spotless. Quiet. Fantastic. TV went out 3 times, but fixed quickly. Cabin attendants were very nice, friendly, and helpful.
