My daughter and I chose this cruise because we had been to Paris and the Loire Valley several years ago, but we had never been to southern France. We were delighted with the service provided by the crew, beginning with being met at the airport as soon as we landed, and the service from then on was absolutely wonderful. Any request we made was taken care of, and the crew never seemed to mind that we asked.

We arrived at the ship in plenty of time to explore Avignon, but, because I am 79 years old and had just had a long flight from Florida (USA,) I opted to take a nap instead of exploring the city. I knew we had a scheduled trip to the city in two days, anyway, so I knew I wouldn't miss seeing Avignon.

We were especially impressed with our cabin and the servicing of the cabin. Whenever we left the cabin it was cleaned and the beds made. This happened several times a day! Read more
