Arriving in Amsterdam, was met at the airport by Viking reps & advised of what was going to happen. Was kept very well informed & everything they told us happened in the time frame they had advised. Cruise was very well structured to allow us to follow an Itinerary & allow us time to ourselves to explore. Riverboat was very nice, super clean, & well operated. Our cabin was the size of a good US bedroom, with plenty of room to move around & the servicing of it was unobtrusive & secure. A small safe was there to provide security for our valuables.

Meals were excellent with multiple fares available from a rotating menu or a constantly changing buffet. Alcoholic beverages were available at all times at reasonable/competitive prices. Food served was of excellent quality & portions were European size. Meal times were well thought out & provided good service to all tour participants. Both included & optional tours were of good quality & the tour guides were well informed about the tours they conducted. We were always accompanied by Viking reps.

Entertainment & Activities onboard were conducted in the afternoons & evenings & were very entertaining. If you chose to not actively participate, you could observe the entertainment from you stateroom via CCTV. Service was excellent & the staff was very accommodating for all of our needs or requests.
