The "Undiscovered China" itinerary included a wide variety of things I always wanted to see: Panda Reserve, Yangzee River, Three Gorges Dam area, Terracotta Warriors. I had an excellent experience with Viking on the Romantic Danube cruise May 2015 so was anticipating the same on this trip. I was not disappointed.

Viking takes wonderful care of their guests from the airport greeting the first day to the very last day. I very much appreciate the efficiency they have in getting our luggage to and from airports, checking in for us (obtaining all the boarding passes) and making hotel arrangements.

The cruise was wonderful. Food is always excellent and the various tours included with the trip were very good. Our specific tour guide was excellent. The young people on the ship's staff are very friendly and talented to boot. The entertainment on board was really fun, the special speakers/events on board were very informative. Our hotels following our cruise were over the top wonderful. Our group of 28 meshed well and all had a great time. Read more
