We felt that this was a good first time adventure. It was not too long in duration, but also gave us a feel for what a river cruise was about. We love the staff on the boat. They were wonderful and tended to her every request. The boat was clean and we always felt as though the stuff we're perfectly in control. We love the scenery and the weather was perfect in August for a Rhine River journey. We were very surprised to find that we met a wonderful key group of friends with whom we spent every dinner. We were from different places and enjoyed a spirited discussion and many laughs all the time. We never felt as though we were lacking for someone to chat with as the whole cruise everyone was so open to being introduced to new friends. We were amazed at how small the kitchen was and how wonderful all of the food was that came from it. If you ask for something special you got it the first time correctly with no questions ever asked. We totally enjoyed the entertainment on the ship. It was not age specific but met many of our fun needs abroad.
