We were excited to see Mediterranean region for the first time. We spent the first days in Venice & had both tours & opportunities to explore on our own.

Everything went very smoothly, from our air trip over, pick-up from the airport & embarkation. This was our first ocean trip with Viking and we were very impressed with many thoughtful details in the ship as well as the attentive staff.

We have traveled with Viking many times on the river cruises and find that they keep refining both the cabins and the overall ships. Having traveled on both large and mid-sized ocean liners, we loved the smaller ship. Read more
