The staff was excellent. Always present but not overwhelming with their presence.

The food was delicious. Enjoyed the ports. The support staff at the airport was amazingly helpful. Special recognition to our Program Director, Minka and to wait person Atilla! Have heartily recommended this cruise line to many of our friends! This was our first Riverboat cruise and had many preconceptions. Thought the activity level would not be enough to feel engaged all the time. That was not the case at all. The individuals who served as guides in each port were for the most part, engaging. Enjoyed many of the little asides they provided. Enjoyed the walks around the towns and ports. Enjoyed the regional foods inserted into the menu port to port. Felt the sites picked out for our tours were well thought out. While traveling with friends, a medical emergency occurred. The assistance in dealing with this incident couldn't have been better. Our program director facilitated medical services. It was smooth sailing from then on!
