We chose this Viking cruise because we heard from many friends that Viking was the best! Guess what? They were right! We wanted the Grand European trip from Budapest to Amsterdam covering many countries with three extra days in Prague before the cruise. The timing was right so we booked it and we are not sorry at all. We went the first two weeks of August and the weather was beautiful most of the days!

The service on the cruise was magnificent in every way. I have many dietary issues and they could not have been more accommodating with every meal, even making me special gluten free breads and even croissants among other things. The maitre'd was amazing and so helpful to me. She actually went out of her way for me throughout the cruise. All of the staff on the ship were excellent in and very accommodating.

The itinerary was wonderful and all the tours were great with marvelous and informative guides. It was the first river cruise we've taken, but it was the best cruise we''ve been on and we've been on 44 cruises all together. All of the Viking staff was friendly and helpful in every way from the time we got off the plane in Prague, to the time they left us after checking in at the airport to go home. Viking is the BEST ever way to go! Thank you Viking!
