All went smoothly and comfortably. The thing that set this cruise above many others was the warmth, friendliness and sincere caring of the crew. I have been in marketing and sales for years and am very tuned in to sincerity for a dollar. This was not the case here. I was treated like family and felt very cared for. Every crew member made me feel special and welcome - not just a high paying guest that one needs to be nice to.

I definitely felt that paying the extra dollar for an outside balcony was worth every penny. I could actually touch the lock walls and when I wanted to retreat from people to my quiet space, I could, without missing anything.

The food was excellent. Again, enhanced by the wonderful servers. It was obvious they loved their job and wanted to share their enthusiasm with us. Read more
