Others we traveled with had been to other areas of France. This was a wonderful experience and the staff could not have been more service-oriented or helpful. The food was just awesome, also! We enjoyed all our excursions and the entertainment on board. We liked the smaller size of the boat, and the ease of getting around. Local guides were well informed on the tours and made sure we stayed together. We all liked the fact that there was free time most afternoons to relax, read, and visit with others. Suzanne was our cruise Director and she did a marvelous job of keeping us informed of all the activities on board, as well as, previewing the sites we would see the following day. Getting on and off the boat was quite easy and we loved getting a little refreshment on our return. Nice touch!

This was our first Viking Cruise and we would do another without hesitation. In fact, my husband said this when we disembarked. We are not sure yet where our next cruise will take us, but Viking would be our first choice.
