We flew into FLL the day before the cruise and to save money my husband and I decided to sleep in the airport.  We are both in our 20's and we figured we could take it.  WARNING-airports are very cold at night!!  We ended up taking most  of our clothes out of our bags and draping it over ourselves.  We were able to sleep on some cushioned benches so that made it a little better.  We got a ride to the port from SAS, it was very easy and it was only $15 per person which was the cheapest I was able to find. Embarktion was very easy.  We arrived at the terminal at about 10:45 and were done at 11:05.  They wouldn't let us on until 11:30 but the little wait was fine. The food was fine.  I am pregnant and basically hate food right now so I am not a good person to judge the food.  My husband didn't seem to impressed by anything but he wasn't disappointed either.  My husband and I got a little bored on sea days but we are both very fair skinned and didn't want to sit in the sun and fry.  The night time activites were ok.  I usually went to bed early but my husband went to most of them and didn't have too many things to say about them.  We both saw the magician and I wasn't too impressed but he did have fun with some poor audience members.  Grand Cayman-We decided to just go to seven mile beach and it was a lot of fun.  We took a $4 per person taxi ride to the Royal Palms Hotel and it only took about 10 minutes.  We walked a little way up the beach put our Carnival towels on the sand and went swimming.  We left our stuff on the beach and no one even went near our stuff and we both felt fine about leaving it on the beach.  We didn't swim too far away though.  We even saw some fish in the water.  It was a lot of fun and a very inexpensive way to spend the day.  Tendering was fine.  We didn't have to wait too long in the line but we were one of the first people on the boat so it took a little while to fill up.  Roatan-Wow, I got soooo sick of people harassing me to do a tour with them.  We had decided to go to Fins n Flippers and it was only about a 10 minute walk from the boat to their boat.  It was a loooooonnnnnggggg 10 minutes.  Everyone asks you questions and they seem to keep following you after you say no.  It was quite a turn off so it is a good thing Fins n Flippers was great!  We had planned on snorkeling that day but it was very windy and we didn't want to get pushed into some coral and get cut up.  Instead we just walked around the island and looked at all the animals.  We both had a good time with the birds and monkeys and the island is just beautiful.  We booked it ahead of time so it was only $20 per person which was totally worth it.  Belize-We booked a tour with the ship to go and see Altun Ha.  It was great!  The ruins were awesome and they let you climb on them which was nice.  It was very hot and after leaving Altun Ha we got a tour of southern Belize.  It was a long tour and my husband and I were having trouble staying awake.  After the bus dropped us off we did a little bit of shopping but it was way too crowded to really enjoy.  Key West-We were going to Cozumel but the swine flu stopped us.  We didn't have any plans for Key West so we just walked around.  It was very crowded and so no much fun.  We did get some key lime pie on a stick and it was wonderful!  It was $5 but totally worth it.Overall it was fine.  I got sick a lot because of the pregnancy and sea sickness and I wish I could have enjoyed it more but my husband had a wonderful time.Debarkation was very easy.  We did the self assist and it took about 20 minutes to get off the boat and into our shuttle (SAS again).
