Our cruise was a week Boston to Bermuda to Boston and then the Eastern Seaboard to Quebec City. The cruise ports were great. The refurbished Dawn was lovely. Cabin Steward was amazing as were other staff members.

Other than this I was very disappointed with the service from NCL right from the get go. We were given incorrect information at time of booking. Cruise consultants dropped our file without notice. When we asked to switch to a local travel agent our request was denied.

Our cruise included a $200 on board credit. When we arrived. Our credits were incorrect. We are a party of 4 couples and one couple never did get their credit. We spent so much time at Guest Services lining up. They expected us to purchase an internet package to sort it out ourselves. They were less than helpful.
