Although P&O ships do not have the wow factor of some other lines we were wowed with the food on board Britannia. The speciality restaurants were excellent, innovative and exciting. The Limelight Club was a great surprise and we really enjoyed the dinner show concept. Need to book as very popular. Drinks prices very reasonable.

Embarkation was the best we ever had and we were in our cabin in no time. We had booked a suite and were very happy with it. Bathroom was huge compared to many we have been in before. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Very good mattress. Balcony was very narrow but not too much of a problem.

As usual overall service was good, we enjoyed some of the shows and quizzes on board. Nice shops and a cake cafe to die for. There was also a wine bar and bistro, a nice touch. Disembarkation was very civilised. Overall we enjoyed the experience very much.
