Had an enjoyable time on the cruise. Everything on the ship was extremely clean and neat. No trash left anywhere. Staff was awesome.

The weather was chilly windy and overcast most of the time so outdoor activities such as the pool deck and sports as well as outdoor restaurants were pretty much non existent. That being said, there was always something to do indoors up until about 10 pm. After that it seemed like all of the entertainment went to sleep. After 10, the Bliss lounge generally just had very loud music (with a poor sound system) with a hidden DJ. Too loud to even carry on a conversation. The entertainment in the theater was excellent and I would highly recommend that you attend every night. Shows started too early in my opinion (630 and 830), they interfered with dinner. Lounge acts had good music as well.

The restaurants had very good service and the servers checked many times to make sure that we were happy. If something wasn't right they tried to fix it immediately. For example, when we asked for ketchup and the restaurant didn't have it, they sent someone to another one to get it for us. Also, the food at the beginning of the cruise was way too salty and many guests complained, it was corrected the next day. Most dinners took 2 and 1/2 hours to complete and in my opinion way too long. For example, after we ordered, it took approximately 30 minutes to get our appetizer. Not just in one restaurant but in most. I would think two hours for a meal should be sufficient unless you want to linger over coffee. I would take both the specialty dining and drinks packages (both were included in out cruise price) if you like variety in dining and you have more than a glass or two of wine or beer each day.,

Cabin OB

Small cabin but very clean. Bathroom really tight, if they removed the door by the toilet area in would help. Didn't get balcony but for a cold climate cruise not worth the extra expense.
