We booked this cruise on a special thinking that the Majesty was going to dry dock for a major renovation only to find out that it only had a few new additions. It's an older, smaller ship and we really missed having the Solarium on board.
The pool area is chopped up with a kids area right in the middle of everything. The new large poolside screen was nice, but it would have been nice to see movies inside during the evening instead of out at the pool area. The gym was small but well equipped- the spa however seemed very small and I never did discover the location of the steam room/ or sauna! The staff here was not exactly wasrm and fuzzy, so I didnt bother to ask. When we asked for the tour, we were just waved through to look on our own- and then I tried to book a special I was told nothing was available with no attempt to find something else that would have worked.
Some of the planned activities were in areas WAY too small for the crowds- a few of the games were held in the Centrum when I've seen them held in some of the bar areas on other ships. Everyone had to stand around or sit on the steps to see what was going on.
A tiny little box!
parked off site for much less!
Walked down the street to Senor Frogs- had some great food and a lot of laughs!
