We chose this cruise for the itinerary. Although boat was smaller than others we'd been on, it was fine. Older boat and some wear and tear is expected. We liked tropical decor in mid-ship area and in the buffet dining area. We did like the few outdoor dining areas, many times only a few people were out there, which was nice and peaceful. Had a rainy day and upper decks were closed off. Resulted in everyone staying inside the ship and was crowded. Also seemed the decks were always being washed/closed off, so even on a sunny, nice day, had to search for areas to be able to sit outside in the nice weather away from the crowds. Little disappointing at times.

Our room steward, Andy from Indonesia, was fantastic. One of the friendliest stewards we have had. Made it a point each time he saw us to say hi and engage in conversation about what were were doing and what we had done. He was great! Cabin is a bit small, no frig which we usually utilize, but we don't spend much time in cabin anyway. Cruise director, Marcelo was fantastic, funny and a great ad-libber. We went to several shows and laughed so much because of him.

The singing entertainment was great and we loved hearing more than just a couple of hours of steel drum music. We heard the gentleman play many times, good to hear on a Caribbean cruise! The food on board was mediocare. Lido deck buffet at dinner time was one side only opened and lines sometimes long. Not sure why only one line open, but that was inconvenient to passengers. They did have some fancy, good desserts on our last day of cruising along with a chocolate fountain that was a hit. We did notice on outside dining tables, seemed to take a long time for crew to clean those off, so many times we'd take dishes from table we wanted to sit at and stack on another table, as other passengers did.

Bit small, no frig. Steward was great, Andy, did great job. Extremely outgoing & friendly, went out of his way to always acknowledge us when he saw us in hallway.
