The Pride of America to the Hawaiian islands was our first cruise. We had no idea what to expect. We were happy with the food, entertainment was fun, it was pretty easy getting off and on for our tours; but the thing that I liked the best was the customer service given to us through the entire cruise. The stewards, wait staff, bartenders, etc were terrific. We were treated as if we were the only people there. My husband and I would definitely cruise with NCL again. I've been looking at trips for next year already.

We happened to be cruising with our friends who have been on many cruise ships. I asked them at the end of the cruise what they thought of Pride of America. They both agreed that it was a nice ship with good food and entertainment. Our female friend was confused at the size of the ship, thinking it should have more pools. Now the last ship they sailed on was the Anthem, a very large ship. Our male friend felt very positive about the Pride. They were both pleasantly surprised since they had seen reviews that were nothing like they had experienced.

The cabin was kept very clean, but small. It took a few days to get used to it.
