First time cruisers. What an amazing experience, everything was fantastic, staff so obliging, food and entertainment was superb. My only gripe was a bad tour guide in Barcelona and that had nothing to do with the ship. Special mention for Ferdinand, Hazel and Ricado. Surf and Turf and Kora La were really special and not difficult to book. We took breakfast in Islands, lunch at Glass house and evening meals in 47 and gallery 47. Very clean and well organized ship. Swam in both pools, spotlessly clean. Shows were very good and the comedian was excellent. When we joined the ship it was so simple as was when we left the ship. Excursions were good except for above. Getting on and off the ship in each port of call was easy and fuss free and the level of security was very reassuring. From the moment we arrived at check in at Stansted we were treated extremely well and shown a great deal of curtesy. Well done Thomson.
