Sail Date: Sep 2016

I loved my 10-day Alaska Jewel cruise in September, weather was really nice for being late in the season, we even were lucky to have sun at Glacier Bay, it was the highlight of the cruise, the Captain brought the ship for a close-up experience and then turn it so everyone could get a view; we were so close we could actually hear the earth moving! This was the best experience ever and I have sailed there previously. The entertainment was very good, the food was exceptional most nights, the port were fun and the staff really fantastic! The cabin was spacious and clean. I liked that they do not fill the public areas daily with shopping "deals" if you need to shop there is a large designated store for that. My only complaint would be the pricey drinks and the fact that you can't even bring a bottle of water onboard.
