This was our 5th Carnival cruise and have never been disappointed. Carnival gives you a lot of bang for your buck.
We are 2 senior ladies who travel together often and are not looking for late night parties. We had no trouble finding ways to entertain ourselves. We both enjoy the casino and going to the shows in the theater and comedy club. When we wanted quiet, we retreated to our room and aft balcony. There was an adults only section on Lido aft with a pool and 2 whirlpools. (This was in addition to Serenity.)
We chose anytime dining, which seems to work best for us. Overall the food and service was good in the dining room. Our room steward Armando was outstanding.
Cabin Review
Aft-View Extended Balcony
Typical Carnival cabin. Plenty of storage. The beds were very comfortable. The larger balcony was great. You could sometimes feel a little vibration, but it was actually soothing when falling asleep. And the aft view was delightful.
