With my son and his family living in Boston and the rest in Ireland we embarked on a family holiday. We stayed in Miami for 2 nights before the cruise. As we arrived at the port there were porters to take our luggage and from then on it was a short wait before boarding the ship. The athmosphere was electric with dancers and holiday music. We headed straight to the Irish Bar O'Sheehans where we had food and drink. Be aware that while you are in port there is a tax which will appear on your bill. We were a family of 12, 4 of which were children.

This was an excellent cruise. The ship was spotlessly clean. Our cabin (8740) was very well attended to by Dave Lewis and his crew. The food was varied, well presented and tasty. Something for everyone. The crew were very helpful and treated you as if you were the only one they had to attend to. Santosh in the Atrium gave us 150% service with a friendly small and chit chat everyday. Frances in O'Sheehan's Restaurant became one of our best friends. Swapping family stories. He is now off to see his little son and we wish him a well deserved break.

We were very lucky winning prizes on the Deal or No Deal Game Show and the Bingo. Great fun and laughs with Jose and the team. Waves Pool Bar was a lively place during the day. Relax in the Spa Pulse. The children had great fun on the Rope Course, The Climbing Wall and many other activities. There is always something to do to keep them busy. We made 4 shore stops and the excursions were well organized and interesting. The Casino was very well run and I thank all the dealers on the Texas Holdem Ultimate game for the fun we had while winning and loosing lol. If I can give anyone a tip - Get as many photos taken by the photographers as possible. This way you will have great choices when you go to buy them. Disembarkation was very orderly and we were sad to end the tirp.

Cabin was well serviced. We had a blocked toilet one day and it was attended to very promptly. Dave and his crew left the cabin spotless and with a towel animal every evening. Thanks Dave
