This was my second cruise, first with Celebrity. Overall, I was happy with the cruise. Did find certain aspects annoying.
The drinks and other packages are expensive, gratuities are expect as a matter of course and not based on the level of service.
Service throughout the ship service was a bit hit and miss. Some crew members were attentive, while others were irreverent and some just ignored you. Service in the dining room was good but slow.

Cabin 04
Cabin was ok. Size was adequate. Beds were comfortable. Cabin attendant was very good. Necessary repairs were done quickly. Bathroom ok, could use a multi-voltage shaver point and a heated section in the mirror.
There was a general feeling that the cabins were well used and showing signs wear. Sofa was "sagging" and a little uncomfortable.
