This was my first cruise and will not be my last - I loved it. I went with a friend who has cruised the Caribbean with Princess, she persuaded me I would love cruising and she wasn’t wrong!

I usually do backpacking holidays so it was a joy to wake up in a different port each day without any of the hassle of getting there. We did a 13 night med cruise, stopping in Dubrovnik, the Greek Islands and Turkey and could not have visited all of these places in the same amount of time if we had done it independently.

The ship and her crew were amazing, would definitely sail with Celebrity again.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda 2B

Cabin 2B

We had a twin cabin with Veranda, room 6133. I was very happy with the room, the bathroom and shower were more spacious than I was expecting, my bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for clothes, toiletries etc. Views from our balcony were unobstructed.

Our stateroom attendant Jose was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for him and he kept our room very clean and tidy. Big thanks to Jose and assistant Dev.

I think we were just above and to the right of a small smoking area on deck 5 so there was the occasional waft of cigarette smoke but nothing too bad. Being above the entertainment deck we could hear some noise from the disco at night but it did not disturb.
