We chose this cruise by destinations, which were Venice, Dubrovnik, Ephesus (Kusadasi), Santorini and Olympia (Kathakolon). All those 5 were on our "bucket list" of must visit places, so this schedule fitted perfectly. The time in the ports was generous and we found it very satisfying. For this cruise we decided to go for a Junior Suite, A) because we traveled with our 2 girls and needed some space and B) because of the huge balcony.
The cabin was really spacious, we had a king size, our bigger daughter the extendable couch bed and our little girl received a complimentary baby bassinet. We still had more then enough space in the cabin, thumps up for that.
The service on board was just excellent, especially the housekeeping, Mr. Antonio who took really good care of us, and the waiters in the restaurants, they really read all our wishes from our eyes.
Great cabin, really spacious and nicely furnished and decorated, with a large balcony and a great view.
Anyhow, there were some drawbacks.
1) There is a extension door to the neighboring cabin, on days with moderate wind a howling sound and rattling was coming through this door, pretty annoying. Also one can hear pretty much everything from the neighboring cabin, poorly isolated.
2) The balcony is big, however, there is only 1 little table and 2 rather uncomfortable chairs. No sunbed.
3) Location underneath deck 9, sitting area by the pool. Here you could hear walking, running, jumping, moving of chairs and tables. Dancing was the worst thing, nobody could sleep.
Port of embarkation.
Very well organized once you arrive the port.
Leave the boat as early as possible, get on the tender and keep going. Beautiful place, but gets very overcrowded after a while. We had to walk back down as the lines for the cable car were way too long.
