We traveled a a couple on our 30th anniversary. We enjoyed the cabin very much, the service was outstanding. We did not use the hot tub, and would rather have has the balcony roomer, but it was fine. My Wife really loved the towel animals every day, it was a highlight of her trip, and therefore a highlight of mine. The onboard jewelry shopping was superb, the Trivia was fun. We made more friends that on our first two cruises, because this crew made us feel more at home. The Excursion and medical crews were very caring and helpful, after a minor medical issue mid-cruise, and made the continued enjoyment of the trip possible with their efforts and their expertise. The excursion supervisor was especially professional and effective. The line ships doctor and nurses were also very helpful and nice. Our Concierge, Florentina, was outstanding in every respect. She made changes on the fly that were way above the expected and were very much appreciated. She is also a very nice young lady. We expect to take another European cruise in about three years, probably in the Baltic, and it will definitely be on a Norwegian ship.
