Cabin: Concierge Class 2

This was our 10th Celebrity Cruise.... for the first time we chose Concierge Class. One good thing was the extra cruise credits we got, but gotta say I was shocked at the (lack of) quality of the daily hors d'ouvres as were most of the guests we chatted to in both Concierge and Aqua Class. We ended up requesting a fruit plate instead of the stale bread and/or stale cashews.

The Cabin steward we had was excellent. The entertainment, quality of the daytime lectures and events and Q-sine were absolutely amazing. We went twice to Q-sine... so worth the extra $$... someone should get an award for ingenuity in menu design, food quality and presentation. Outstanding!

Had a wonderful meal in the other 'optional' dining room but the room was so large it just lacked any atmosphere. We did not try the Sushi on 5 as we live close to Vancouver that has some of the best sushi in the world.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 2

Cabin C2

We were very surprised to see that our cabin was one of maybe 4 on the entire ship that had only a 3/4-size balcony. The room beside us was a suite on part of the 'pushout' on the opposite side of the ship from the Elevators and the last section of our balcony railing was angled in which made it almost impossible for to manourver past the table to the 2nd chair. A bit of a surprise.
