Lets start with the good. So I started my one week vacation by entering the Carnival Triumph on May 3rd 2009. I figured hmmm with a swine flu going around let me get the heck away from Mexico. Carnival did the right thing and re directed our cruise to Belize. I'm sure this costs them some money in fuel since it was further than Cozumel Mexico.   By the way, they did ask us to fill a questionnaire out regarding any recent fever. I thought that was funny. Who in there right mind would travel on a cruise sick right? Well, yeah there were some dummies sneezing. I disinfected my entire room prior to laying in any bed. Speaking of rooms, My suite was tiny the (whirlpool Bath) was fit for a child not a 190lbs man. The room looks old like early 90's never updated at all. The bed itself was okay not a ten but reasonable to sleep on.    I thought I would get a lot more from a Suite than what was offered here. I did receive VIP boarding and departure which was nice.   The service, Room service and dinner waiter Awesome!!! Bar service rude, coffee store rude.  I went to customer relations and spoke with a lady regarding a few off boat trips. I asked her about my deep sea fishing trip and she became irate. She slams a book on the counter and says don't you have one of these in your room? I replied no but I'll look at that one. My question was pretty simple but she could not be bothered. I also wanted to ask for a small refund for 7.99 for a movie that I paid for twice since I was unable to save it. She said no.  I called carnival since I forget my portrait on board, Yeah I'm a mess. They were nice but never offered to resolve my movie issue. I spent 5,000 on this boat with Carnival not including my gambling loss. You would think they would keep me happy and give me a 8.00 credit right.. Nope Not Carnival.. They just lost a few customers because for the rest of my life, I'm going to tell everyone i meet to avoid Carnival and go elsewhere.   Thanks for reading and I hope you have a great vacation.
