Princess has excellent level of customer care and organisation. Food superb. Plenty of options for eating. Lots going on throughout the whole cruise. We had a suite on the back with a lovely wrap around balcony, which we took full advantage of. Room service was brilliant with good choice of menu. Crown Grill served wonderful meals - subject to a cover charge. Unfortunately the itinerary was changed due to problems in Turkey, but this was not the fault of Princess. None of us could understand why Malta was dropped as we had been looking forward to visiting the island. Elba was lovely and it was the first visit by Princess. Don't think it will be the last. Embarkation and disembarkation were both highly efficient. Staff all friendly, efficient and professional. Internet in suite not brilliant for a 3 year old ship, but acceptable. Elite members have loads of perks - the best being free laundry!

Highly recommended

Cabin S2

Fantastic. On back of ship with wrap around balcony. Lounge, bedroom, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Plenty of wardrobes and clothes drawers. Mini bar, replaced weekly. Canapés daily. Lovely rose corsages on first formal night.
