Sail Date: Sep 2016

Embarkation in Boston was a breeze. We were on board within 30 minutes of arriving at the port. The ship however is in sad shape. Filthy windows, stained upholstry in the room and in the common areas. Entertainment was mediocre at best. Food in the main dining room was served cold and extremely salty or totally taste less. We had much better food in the Windjammer than in the main dining room. Didn't want to waste money eating the specialty restaurants if they can't get the main selections correct. The menu in the main dining room has been completely changed. Gone are the wonderful specialty items that made cruising special. Once again we were charged mini bar items after we had left the ship; had to call twice to get the items removed as we never even opened the mini bar door. Still waiting for credit. The best place on the ship was the Diamond Lounge were the service and hostess were wonderful. I will not sail this ship again unless completely overhauled.

Cabin Review

Cabin Q

Small, needs upgrading. I will say was very quiet however and is in a convenient spot.
