We chose this cruise to fit into our schedule in NYC and with the hope to see Fall colors. We did not get to see the Fall colors due the long summer. This is our first Carnival cruise. We did not have high expectation. It exceeded our expectation but still falls below other cruise lines in quality in entertainment and food service. Carnival seems to know where to cut corners to save money. For example, no table cloth on casual nights, not replacing utensil with each course, reduced variety of food selections at Lido. If you want better food selections, you need to go to specialty restaurants. We did have an excellent dinner at JiJi Asian specialty restaurant. It is not just Chinese food but South Asian food. They are delicious. We are happy with the cabin as well. The ship is small in comparison. There are mostly seniors on board.

Take a risk of hopping off and not able to hop on when you are ready. I waited for 45 min in the rain. A nice driver from Super Trolly picked me up and 2 other passengers without fee to the end of the Trolly stop.
