The Not So Good

1. The experience during check in was far, far too crowded and much too slow. My wife and I, both aged 75 or better, had to stand against a wall in a warehouse for two hours. One would think that the cruise lines could and would do a better job of caring for its passengers from the time we enter the cruise terminal. The disembarkation experience at Quebec City was not much better – long standing and winding around and through the AQUA dining room and eventually out to the terminal. Treated like a bunch of third grade students - is this the actual best that can be done?

Cabin BB

The cabin was adequate with plenty of storage space but the TV system is outdated (as in no HD) with very, very limited broadcast channels - we didn't have CNN. Our cabin attendant was efficient and hard working with ice bucket refills and nightly turn down service.
