We chose this cruise because of the itinerary.......ports we had never been to before...., and the duration......we prefer not to go on any cruise less than 10 days.

My husband can not walk on his own. He can walk using his cane and my assistance however. We did ask for wheelchair assistance for embarkation and disembarkation. The process went very smoothly. We were extremely pleased with the assistance.

The ship was beautiful and clean. Every day we noticed crew cleaning and polishing all over the ship. Our cabin, a large ocean view was perfect. There were a lot of hangers in the closet and plenty of storage space. We had plenty of room and never felt cramped.

Port Reviews

Barcelona

We made our own arrangements to stay the night before embarkation. We also have a friend who lives there. She rented a wheelchair for my husband and was able to show us a lot of the city. We love Barcelona.

Nice

Pretty port. We sat at an outdoor cafe, ordered a soda and watched people.

Florence (Livorno)

We stayed on board.

Kotor

A beautiful port with lots of photo opportunities. We stayed on board

Venice

We stayed on board. However we enjoyed the scenery and views as the ship entered and left port. Beautiful

Dubrovnik

I cancelled a shore excursion I had booked after the experience we had in Rome. I didn't trust that the excursion would not be too much for my husband to handle. The view from the ship was wonderful and there was shopping and restaurants very close to the point of disembarkation. A very pretty port.
